Prerequisite: Must have completed real estate investor classes or be a seaoned investor.

July 10, 2004 Negotiating the Deal and Writing the Contract
July 17, 2004 Credit Analysis / Funding & Resources
July 31, 2004 Asset Protection and Taxation
August 7, 2004 Cashing in on Section-8 & Refurbishing; Summation, Certificates

Time: Saturdays, 10:00 am—12:00 noon (1st 2 classes and final class meet 10:00 am—1:00 pm)
Location: CSA offices, 2600 Century Parkway, Suite 100, Atlanta, Georgia 30345
Cost: $300 for all classes or $65 for an individual class ($225 for members or $50 per class)
Lead Instructor: Ms. Glenda Allen is the President of The Black Millionaires Club and Future Millionaires of Atlanta, Inc. She is a known real estate investor, and a seasoned teacher of real estate investing classes. She has been a real estate investor since 1984, and has literally accumulated a fortune through real estate investing. Joining her are a host of other guest instructors in the fields of real estate financing, credit analysis, Section-8, commercial real estate and land development.
Payment: Classes must be paid for in advance to guarantee a seat. All major credit cards are accepted.
Class Size: Classes are limited to the first 15 participants.
Certificate, Coaching & Partnership: Upon completion of all classes, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion, Mentoring and Admission to the Real Estate Investor Support Group.
